Exploring the Mysteries of Sleep and Astral Projection: A Personal Journey
Have you ever wondered what you look like while you’re sleeping? Or maybe you’ve heard that talking in your sleep can reveal your deepest secrets? In this article, I will share my personal experiences with sleep photography and astral projection, offering insights into the fascinating world of our subconscious.
Have Anyone Taken Photographs of You While Sleeping?
While I have never had a photograph taken of me while I sleep, I do know that sleep can reveal some surprising truths. For example, talking in your sleep can share your secret thoughts and feelings with others, so it's always a good idea to be cautious. On the other hand, it can also be a great opportunity to uncover your inner beauty.
When I sleep, the temperature in the room is very cold, which often makes me curl up in a ball, similar to how my sweet Sheltie used to sleep. It’s a cozy and comforting position, but it raises questions about how I might look if someone could take a picture of me while I’m asleep. Wouldn't it be amazing to see the beautiful, peaceful expression on my face during those quiet moments of rest?
Out-of-Body Experience: A Personal Journey
Some people believe that they can have an out-of-body experience (OBE) and look back at themselves sleeping. This phenomenon, also known as astral projection, can be quite fascinating. I have been practicing OBE for several decades now, and I have always been timid about looking back at my body during these experiences.
One day, I had an “unprovoked” OBE, and did not realize it at the time since the experience was so clear and vivid. When I turned around, I saw my physical body under the covers with only my head showing, much like the way my sweet Sheltie used to sleep. I burst into laughter and was instantly slammed back into my physical body.
Reflecting on that moment, I realized that my physical self was , much like how I imagine myself to look when I am asleep. Interestingly, sudden emotions cannot be expressed while in an OBE, as this can cause an immediate return to the physical body.
Sound Sleep: Total Relaxation and Tranquility
Sound sleep is the ultimate relaxation. It is a state where the body, mind, and senses all rest. During this time, some senses like the sense of smell are temporarily turned off, while memories and physical pain are also temporarily lost. The only activity that continues is the emergence of dreams, which occur in the narrow gap between waking and sleeping.
Astral Projection: Capturing Beauty in Sleep
One night, I suddenly had the idea to capture myself sleeping using astral projection. The result was amazing! Not only did I look beautiful and completely at peace, but I even retained the same level of beauty when I was awake. This confirmed my long-held belief that outer beauty truly lies within.
If you are curious about exploring your own out-of-body experiences, consider following the same path. With practice and patience, you can gain a deeper understanding of your subconscious and the secrets it holds.
